• Meditation: Stay for our monthly meditation at 6 pm

• Goal Manifestation Techniques: Learn effective methods to manifest your goals and set powerful intentions.

Facilitators:

Cassi, our guiding light for the Vision Book Workshop, is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) with a passion for both yoga and education. By day, she illuminates young minds as a high school history teacher, and by night, she gracefully leads yoga sessions at Everlimitness Yoga in Downtown Thibodaux.

 Aggie, our insightful guide for the Vision Book Workshop, is a dedicated counselor (PLPC), Reiki master practitioner, and artist. With a passion for assisting individuals in reaching their full potential, Aggie brings a unique blend of therapeutic expertise, energy healing, and artistic flair to our workshop.
